The Luminance Innovations Production Process

Here is how the experts at Luminance Innovations prepare each part of the chandelier, leading to the final assembly.

Different metal parts of the chandelier are cut and bent into the desired shape using modern machinery like laser cutters and CNC machines.

Hardware Processing

The parts are then finely polished using gradually increasing tools, removing rough spots and improving their surface texture as preparation for the next step.

Once the metal pieces are properly polished, they are then brushed to give them a light metal texture that adds to the overall aesthetic.

The metal surface is then given a distinct color through electroplating, further improving its corrosion resistance while adding a glossy finish.

Handpicked crystal pieces are precisely cut, polished by either hand or machine, and given the preferred coloration before installing buckles for assembly.

After securely attaching the LED strips to the chandelier, the wires are soldered and connected into place. The connection is tested as the final step in our process.

Quality Begins at Raw Material Handling

At Luminance Innovations, we understand that our chandeliers are only as good as the materials we use in creating them. More so in the crystals that are incorporated in each chandelier, as they take the final piece to their luxurious and dazzling level.

Knowing this, we take great care of our raw materials, which begins with sourcing natural, Swarovski, and K9 crystals from well-vetted suppliers. These crystals are then meticulously hand-selected by our team, making sure they exhibit the highest level of purity and translucence. Our professional workshops also strictly control the material throughout the process, resulting in consistent quality.

Meticulous Testing Before Delivery

All our chandeliers go through intensive testing to ensure optimal and lasting performance while maintaining their glamour and luxurious appeal.

Chandelier Fixture Hanging Test

The lamp body is placed in a calibration machine, checking the stability and reliability of the entire structure.

Hand Sorting Chandelier Crystals

Each crystal used in crafting the custom chandelier is selected by hand, making sure the pieces are clear and devoid of any impurities.

LED Testing

The LED is attached to an integrating sphere to test its power, luminous efficacy, color rendering index, and other lighting capabilities.

Electrical Testing

Once the LED strips are installed on the chandelier, we conduct a comprehensive quality inspection that covers the LED, wiring, and power switch.

Aging Test

The chandelier is placed in a machine that simulates aging to ensure it can consistently perform even after years of use.

Final Hanging Test

Chandelier pieces are tested after installation, making sure that each crystal section has good illumination and stable performance.
